Who We Are

Voxi88 – Born from Passion, Growing with Malaysian Players

Voxi88 was founded in 2018 with one clear goal: to build an online gaming platform that truly understands the needs and preferences of Malaysian players. At the time, most platforms on the market were owned by foreign companies that didn't fully grasp how local players play, what they look for, or how they want to be treated.

We started small — a team of people who genuinely loved gaming and knew firsthand how frustrating a slow, unfair, or hard-to-use platform could be. That personal experience drove us to build something different: a platform that puts players first, not just profit.

Six years on, Voxi88 has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted online gaming platforms. With over 500,000 registered members and a library of more than 2,800 game titles from world-class providers, we are proud to serve Malaysia's ever-growing player community.

Our Commitment: voxi88 operates under a valid international licence and all our games have been independently audited to ensure complete fairness for every player.

Voxi88's Mission and Vision

Voxi88's mission is simple yet meaningful — we want every Malaysian player to enjoy a safe, fair, and entertaining online gaming experience, without having to worry about the security of their money or the privacy of their data.

Our vision is to become the number one gaming platform in Malaysia — not just by size, but by player trust and satisfaction. We believe long-term success is only achievable when players are genuinely happy with their experience at voxi88.

Why Do So Many Malaysian Players Choose Voxi88?

This is a question we hear often, and the answer is straightforward. Malaysian players choose Voxi88 for several very practical reasons:

  • The most complete game library — over 2,800 titles spanning Slots, Fish Shooting Games, Live Casino, and table games from the world's leading providers.
  • Fast deposits and withdrawals — using popular local payment methods such as Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay.
  • User-friendly interface — a clean and intuitive design, easy to navigate for both new and experienced players.
  • 24/7 Customer Support — our customer support team is available anytime via live chat in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Ongoing Promotions — bonuses, cashback, and a VIP programme designed to reward every voxi88 member.
Fun Fact: Over 70% of Voxi88 members are returning players who have been with us for more than a year — solid proof of the trust we have built together with Malaysia's player community.

The Technology Behind voxi88

Behind its clean and engaging interface, Voxi88 is powered by robust technology infrastructure. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all transactions and players' personal data. This means your information — from account details to transaction records — is always secure and inaccessible to unauthorized parties.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all voxi88 accounts, adding a vital extra layer of security. Our servers operate at over 99.9% uptime, ensuring you can access the Game Lobby at any time without unexpected disruptions.

On the matter of game fairness, every title in the Voxi88 lobby uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent international auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and cannot be influenced by any party — including Voxi88 itself.

Social Responsibility & Responsible Gaming

Voxi88 believes online gaming should be a source of entertainment, not stress. That's why we are committed to responsible gaming practices. Our platform provides control tools such as daily deposit limits, wagering limits, and the option to set voluntary game breaks.

We also provide information and support resources for players who may be experiencing gambling-related issues. Our players' well-being is our priority, and we never encourage gaming beyond one's financial means. For more information, visit the Responsible Gaming us.

With Voxi88 — A Journey That Never Stops

Voxi88's rise from a small platform to one of the most trusted names in Malaysia's gaming industry didn't happen overnight. It is the result of hard work, an unwavering commitment to quality, and most importantly — the trust placed in us by hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players.

We are not stopping here. Voxi88 continues to invest in new technology, add the latest game titles, expand payment options, and enhance the overall user experience. Every decision we make is guided by one question: is this better for our players?

If the answer is yes, we move forward. If not, we find a better way. That is the DNA of Voxi88 — always evolving, always listening, always built for Malaysian players.
